First Home Solution
April 25, 2001
We are a group of Raleigh Citizens who recognize the need to provide shelter for the homeless in Wake County, North Carolina.
Our program really boils down to the following three main points:
We believe that the needs of the homeless and the needs of the community are best served by a network of small centers with individualized programs.
The citizens in each district will choose a site in their district and help decide on the programming that will take place at their center.
Each district will host a center owned by Wake County and run jointly by the county, advocates for the homeless and residents of the district.
